Approx 18kDa band observed in Human Heart lysates (calculated MW of 11.8kDa according to NP_003474.1 and 11.5kDa according to NP_003475.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Di Cello et al, Mol Cancer Res. 2008 May;6(5):743-50.; PMID: 18505920). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_003474.1; NP_003475.1) and is not expected to cross-react with HMGA1.
