Features include round body made of PFA-coated stainless steel for highest blast resistance, evenly distributed microwave field throughout the chamber, uniform heat for each sample vessel, top-loading automatic cover, direct sensing and control of sample temperature in closed vessels and reproducible digestion. Additional features include full compliance with EPA methods, on-line directory for EPA protocols and methods, flexibility to program individual methods for specific customizable sample preparation, automated recording of conditions during each digestion and Windows-based software for real-time control of temperature.

The TRANSFORM Microwave Digestion Systems come standard with a range of safety features including top-loading, fume exhaust module, rupture disks and vent detection mechanisms on each vessel that automatically shut down power in response to over-pressure, Teflon lining of oven cavity, digestion vessels molded with engineering plastics, continuous temperature monitoring and control, release of acid fumes into collection reservoir in vessel carousel and automatic pressure release mechanism in oven cavity.

The TRANSFORM series offer one-step operation for sample digestion with temperature and pressure monitoring in real time to provide consistent, reproducible digestions for downstream analysis by atomic absorption spectroscopy, atomic fluorescence spectroscopy, ICP-AES, and ICP-MS.
