Western Blot: Approximately 70 kDa band observed in human skeletal muscle lysates and in HEK293 lysate (calculated MW of 68.0 kDa according to NP_002825.3). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing PTPN11 bands of approximately 70 kDa and 49 kDa are observed. These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended for use at 1-3 ?g/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human cerebellum shows strong cytoplasm staining in Purkinje cells and processes. Recommended concentration, 3-6 ?g/mL.
