Western Blot: LRP5 antibody has been successfully used in WB assays with rabbit tissue lysate (whole bone; amount loaded: 20 ?g; antibody dilution 1:200; incubation time of primary antibody: 2 hours; milk (5%) as blocking agent for 1.5 hours; sewcondary antibody: bovine anti-goat with incubation time of 2 hours). Rabbit Bone samples were used and probed at the same time with GAPDH as a loading control. Specific bands of 51 kDa (LRP5) and 37 kDa (GAPDH) were detected. Antibody buffer was 1% NFDM in TBS.
