ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 70 kDa band observed in human duodenum and Ileum lysates (calculated MW of 54.6 kDa according to NP_000925.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Lee et al, Blood. 2004 May 15;103 (10) :3783-8.; PMID: 14751930). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ?g/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human liver shows potty cytoplasm staining in hepatocytes. Recommended concentration, 3-5 ?g/mL.
