ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa and 26 kDa in mouse Fetal brain lysates after 0.5 ?g/mL antibody staining.7 kDa according to NP_001186234.1 and 83.8 kDa according to NP_033150.2. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands).
