BTNL8 is a single-pass type I membrane protein. It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, BTN/MOG family. BTNL8 contains 1 B30.2/SPRY domain and 1 Ig-like V-type domain. The exact function of BTNL8 remains unknown.
BTNL8 antibody can be used for detection of BTNL8 by ELISA at 1:312500. BTNL8 antibody can be used for detection of BTNL8 by western blot at 0.5 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.
