LTC4S is an enzyme that catalyzes the first step in the biosynthesis of cysteinyl leukotrienes, potent biological compounds derived from arachidonic acid. LTC4S antibody can be used for detection of LTC4S by ELISA at 1:1562500. LTC4S antibody can be used for detection of LTC4S by western blot at 2.5 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
