SV2A plays a role in the control of regulated secretion in neural and endocrine cells, enhancing selectively low-frequency neurotransmission. It positively regulates vesicle fusion by maintaining the readily releasable pool of secretory vesicles.
SV2A antibody can be used for detection of SV2A by ELISA at 1:62500. SV2A antibody can be used for detection of SV2A by western blot at 0.5 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 ?L of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
