TRIM26 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies. Although the function of the protein is unknown, the RING domain suggests that the protein may have DNA-binding activity.
TRIM26 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM26 by ELISA at 1:1562500. TRIM26 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM26 by western blot at 1.25 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Antibody is purified by protein A chromatography method.
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 ?L of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
