CIon Channel represents a new subfamily of the HMG-box superfamily. Expression of the Cic gene is predominantly restricted to immature granule cells in the cerebellum, hippocampus and olfactory bulb in the CNS
CIon Channel antibody can be used for detection of CIon Channel by ELISA at 1:62500. CIon Channel antibody can be used for detection of CIon Channel by western blot at 1.25 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
