LHX1 is a member of a large protein family which contains the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. It may function as a transcriptional regulator and be involved in control of differentiation and development of neural and lymphoid cells.
LHX1 antibody can be used for detection of LHX1 by ELISA at 1:312500. LHX1 antibody can be used for detection of LHX1 by western blot at 0.25 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.
