PSMD4 encodes one of the non-ATPase subunits of the 19S regulator lid which is part of a multicatalytic proteinase complex of the 26S proteasome.
PSMD4 antibody can be used for detection of PSMD4 by ELISA at 1:1562500. PSMD4 antibody can be used for detection of PSMD4 by western blot at 0.3 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
