THRAP5 is part of the human thyroid hormone receptor-associated protein (TRAP)-Mediator family which acts as a coactivator for a broad range of nuclear hormone receptors as well as other classes of transcriptional activators.
THRAP5 antibody can be used for detection of THRAP5 by ELISA at 1:312500. THRAP5 antibody can be used for detection of THRAP5 by western blot at 0.12 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
