However, the particular function of this gene product has not yet been determined. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants which encode products have been described. KIF25 antibody can be used for detection of KIF25 by ELISA at 1:312500. KIF25 antibody can be used for detection of KIF25 by western blot at 1 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
