KLF16 is a transcription factor that binds GC and GT boxes and displaces Sp1 and Sp3 from these sequences. KLF16 modulates dopaminergic transmission in the brain.
KLF16 antibody can be used for detection of KLF16 by ELISA at 1:12500. KLF16 antibody can be used for detection of KLF16 by western blot at 1 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
