Steam sterilization of research tools and consumables is convenient and affordable with the new BioClave digital research autoclaves. With a width of under 18 (under 14 for the BioClave Mini) both models will fit comfortably on the most crowded bench-top.

The 16 L BioClave offers three cycle options (standard programs) which are preset for the sterilization of liquids, wrapped instruments, or unwrapped instruments/plastic-ware. A fourth option dry only is also available for additional drying time to be added to the end of the cycle. For special applications, requiring variations in cycle parameters, all settings are fully adjustable.

The 8 L BioClave Mini is preprogrammed to meet basic sterilization needs. Although the temperature can be selected at either 121 °C or 134 °C, the sterilization time is fixed. The economical BioClave Mini is the ideal choice wherever bench-top sterilization is required and space is limited.
