HiPrep Sephacryl S-300 HR columns are designed for routine size exclusion chromatography of proteins, such as antibodies and serum proteins.
- Wide fractionation range: Mr 10000 to 1500000 for globular proteins, well suited for antibody purification

Sephacryl S-300 is used for separating midsize proteins including antibodies and serum proteins. Maximum recovery and minimum nonspecific adsorption with long-term chemical and physical stability resulting from the hydrophilic, rigid allyl dextran/ bisacrylamide matrix.
