About this item
This PBS concentrate is a general all-purpose buffer specifically designed for use with the ImmunoSet products. Each bottle is sufficient for use with 5×96 wells microtiter plates if following the instructions in our ImmunoSet protocol.
The PBS concentrate may be diluted and easily modified by the addition of BSA and Tween®-20, as appropriate, to create the plate coating buffer, blocking buffer, and wash solution, in addition to creating the standard and sample diluent.
Solutions of BSA and Tween are also available (Prod. No. 95045-196 and 95045-198 respectively). Additional assay development reagents are available as companion products to our ImmunoSet products.
