About this item
Microscale Hickman still head is used to carry out micro-sample fractional distillations
The top joint is a combination cap, thread and standard taper joint to accommodate and seal other microscale apparatus. Also has an externally threaded side port off reservoir. The O.D. of the top joint has an external thread to facilitate an o-ring and open-top phenolic cap. The internal or I.D. at the top is a ground outer [ST] 14/10 joint. Inner [ST] 14/10 joint at bottom. The inner joint can be secured in reaction vials via “O-Ring-CAP-SEAL” connection. Supplied with cap, o-ring and septa.
