Ready to use 2X mix containing all components for PCR, except primers and template. The mix contains KAPAHiFi™ Hot Start DNA Polymerase in a proprietary reaction buffer, dNTPs (0,3 mM of each dNTP at 1X), MgCl₂ (2,5 mM at 1X) and stabilisers.
